Refund Policy
Last updated 19 August 2026
The short version. Nothing on FirstIn can be paid for yet. When it can:
14 days, any reason, full refund, email one address. Cancel whenever you like and
you keep what you paid for until the term ends.
Right now, there is nothing to refund
Every part of FirstIn is free today and the site has no checkout. This page exists so that
the terms are already written down and public before the first person is ever charged, rather
than being invented afterwards.
The 14-day refund
Ask within 14 days of a payment and you get all of it back, no questions and no
conditions. That applies to a first payment and to a renewal alike. You do not have to
explain why, you do not have to have used it a certain amount, and nothing is deducted.
Email ant588362@gmail.com from the address you paid with and say
you want a refund. We aim to process it within two business days. The money goes back to the
card you paid with — that is the only place it can go — and your bank typically
takes a further 5–10 days to show it.
After 14 days
We do not refund the remainder of a term as a matter of course, because you have had the
thing you paid for. Two exceptions, and we apply them without arguing:
- You were charged for something you did not mean to buy — a renewal you
thought you had cancelled, a duplicate charge, a charge on a card that is not yours.
Tell us and we refund it in full.
- We took the feature away, or it did not work. If a paid feature is withdrawn, or
is broken for a meaningful stretch of your term, you get the unused part of the term
back pro rata.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt, or by emailing
ant588362@gmail.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal and nothing
else — you keep every paid feature until the term you have already paid for runs
out, and we do not claw anything back on the day you cancel.
Free trials
If a plan is ever offered with a trial, the trial is stated in full at checkout: how long
it lasts, what happens at the end, and what you will be charged. You will not be charged
during a trial, and cancelling during one costs nothing.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund we send takes days; a
chargeback takes months and gets you the same money. We have never refused a refund inside
the 14 days and do not intend to start.
